DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

We are an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. Payment for services is due from families at the time of service. Upon request, we are happy to provide a superbill with appropriate CPT codes for evaluation and direct treatment services that you can submit to your insurance company. If you are interested in this option, I recommend speaking directly with your insurance company ahead of time regarding your policy coverage.

 

WHY DON'T YOU BILL INSURANCE DIRECTLY?

Unfortunately, insurance companies often limit the length of sessions, scope of treatment, and frequency of therapy services. By accepting payment directly from our clients, we are able to make treatment decisions solely based on the needs of the child and priorities of the family.

WHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

• Evaluation - $350 for comprehensive evaluation and a written report.

• Treatment - $150 per session. 50 minutes of treatment, 10 minutes of goal tracking and home program

• Consultation - $75 per 30 minutes of dedicated time outside of direct treatment for caregiver questions and collaboration. **Note: This service does not qualify for a superbill.

• Late Cancellation/No Show - $50. Please see service agreement for full details.

HOW DO I PAY?

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and credit card payments. Credit card payments are made through your patient portal and are subject to processing fees.

HOW OFTEN WILL MY CHILD NEED THERAPY?

This varies from child to child. Some benefit from weekly services over 6 months to a year or more, while others may need only a few treatment sessions.
