FEEDING EVALUATION AND TREATMENT
At Nourish and Grow, we understand that feeding challenges can impact the whole family. Mealtimes should be a time of connection, not stress, and our goal is to support both children and parents in building positive, healthy routines around food.
We take a family-centered approach, meeting children where they are and empowering parents with tools that make mealtimes more enjoyable for everyone.

At Nourish & Grow, we work with infants, toddlers, and children who may be experiencing feeding difficulties by addressing:
-
Oral motor skills – building the strength and coordination needed for safe sucking, chewing, and swallowing
-
Sensory-based feeding challenges – supporting children who are sensitive to food textures, tastes, or smells
-
Expanding food variety – helping picky eaters and selective eaters broaden their diets in a gradual, supportive way
-
Mealtime routines – creating structure and consistency to reduce stress around eating
-
Self-feeding skills – supporting babies, toddlers, and older children in learning to eat independently
-
Support before and after tongue tie release – preparing oral motor skills and promoting healing, function, and improved feeding after a release
-
Parent education and coaching – strategies to support successful mealtimes at home without pressure or overwhelm
