MEET DR. MEGAN ROSSOVSKIJ
Hi, I’m Megan! I’m the owner and founder of Nourish and Grow Occupational Therapy. For the past 12 years, I’ve had the joy of working alongside children and families to support growth, confidence, and participation in daily activities. My experience spans from working with little ones in their homes and childcare centers to supporting older kids and teens in outpatient clinics. I love partnering with families to find creative, practical solutions that make daily life easier and more meaningful.
I earned my Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy and a certificate in Autism Studies from Towson University in 2013. My passion for lifelong learning led me back to Towson, where I completed my Post-Professional Doctorate in Occupational Therapy in 2024. My doctoral research—focused on the experiences of families of children in early intervention and preschool special education—was published in the Journal of Occupational Therapy, Schools, & Early Intervention that same year.
In addition to my professional experience, I’m also a parent to a child who underwent a tongue tie release and has feeding difficulties. I understand firsthand how overwhelming and stressful mealtimes can feel, and I bring that personal perspective into my work. It’s important to me that families feel supported, encouraged, and never alone on this journey.
My family has recently relocated to northern VA after nearly 15 years as an active duty military family. I now reside in Bristow with my husband and two sons. Outside of my work, I love yoga, crocheting, and spending time with my family.
At the heart of my work is a belief that every child has incredible potential and every family has the power to help their child. My goal is to create a supportive, collaborative space where children can thrive and families feel empowered every step of the way.
