At Nourish and Grow, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to thrive in the daily activities that matter most—whether that’s mealtimes, play, learning, or building independence. Our practice specializes in supporting children with feeding difficulties while also addressing the many other areas of occupation that are essential for growth and development.
We understand that feeding challenges can affect the whole family, and we’re here to provide guidance, strategies, and encouragement every step of the way.
Beyond feeding, we also work with children on skills such as self-care, sensory processing, fine motor development, emotional regulation, and participation at home, school, and in the community.
Our approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence-based practice. We partner with families to create individualized plans that not only support skill development but also bring greater ease, joy, and confidence into everyday life.

Meet Dr. Megan Rossovskij
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
I’m Megan, the founder of Nourish and Grow Occupational Therapy. For over 12 years, I’ve worked with children and families to support growth in areas like feeding, play, self-care, and school participation. I hold a Master’s and Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from Towson University.
As both a therapist and a parent to a child with feeding difficulties, I understand how challenging these struggles can be at home. My goal is to provide compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers families and helps children thrive.
